When buying items online, we understand that things can be different than you expect. Computer monitors don't always depict color as expected or sizing can be challenging, but whatever the reason, AGM Deal Time is happy to accept returns for refunds unless otherwise stated. That means no risk shopping for you.
Returns are easy, but there are a few things to go over so that we can process your return quickly and accurately:
For return authorization, you must contact us within 30 days of the invoice or purchase date. Item(s) must be in new unused condition with all retail packaging. Electronic items are non-refundable if the manufacturer's seal has been broken/opened. Refunds will be given in form of original payment for purchase price only (shipping and insurance not refunded). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return policy does not apply to bulk and special orders.
Package the return carefully so that it arrives safely. Shipping damage to AGM Deal Time is not covered.

AGM Deal Time uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx for all domestic shipping and the USPS for international shipping. - We do ship to PO Box via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Delivery by these methods can be shorter or longer depending on the USPS.
- Busier times of the year will yield longer delivery times.
- Express Mail is available during checkout.
- Tracking is included on domestic and International shipments.
- AGM Deal Time always combines shipping when possible to save you money.
International Orders: - There is a 5 - 6 business day handling time for international orders.
- Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time
depending on the customs clearance of your country. - International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and/or other
fees due. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict if and what you may be charged. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid. - True value will be marked on all customs forms for international order and complete invoices will be included.
